Tea & botanicals
Formats for loose-leaf tea, herbal blends and dry botanicals, specified around aroma, moisture sensitivity and opening frequency.
Dry food & specialty food packaging
Tea is not protein powder. Spices are not confectionery. We specify the paper, wall, closure and liner around the food, the contact conditions and the shelf-life goal—not a generic “food-grade” label.
Paper tubes combine a rigid cylindrical format with a wide printable surface. They can serve as primary or secondary packaging depending on the food, liner, closure and compliance requirements.
Formats for loose-leaf tea, herbal blends and dry botanicals, specified around aroma, moisture sensitivity and opening frequency.
Tubes for seasonings, spice blends, protein powders and powdered specialties, with dispensing and liner needs reviewed per product.
Presentation-led packaging for wrapped confectionery, biscuits, gifting assortments and specialty foods.
We develop the complete pack against your real filling and storage conditions. That keeps compliance language precise and avoids treating one liner as suitable for every food.
“Food-grade” is not a universal construction. These are the questions that determine the right starting point and what validation or documentation the final pack may need.
Dry, fatty, aromatic, powdered, individually wrapped or separated from the paper by a primary pack?
Direct contact, indirect contact or secondary packaging around an already sealed product?
Moisture, grease, aroma transfer, oxygen exposure, repeated opening or transport pressure?
Manual or automated filling, product temperature, fill weight and closure application method?
Destination market, retailer requirements, declared shelf life and storage conditions?
Material declarations, traceability, testing or application-specific compliance documents?
The visible design comes after the packaging logic. This sequence reduces late changes and helps artwork, materials and filling requirements stay aligned.
